Summary conscious meditation

Conscious Meditation is a tool you can use, as I did, to transform your life to reach your highest and best. You are only limited by your own thoughts and beliefs. You get to determine what you want to experience. You are responsible for the decisions that you have made and will make in the future and those are the ones that Conscious Meditation can impact. You have the power to attract whatever you wish. The things you focus on will be drawn to you like a magnet. 

Conscious Meditation provides a way to focus on what you want to experience through affirmations. I encourage you to develop your affirmation statements in your own words that resonate with what you want to experience. I believe that by regularly stating your affirmations with guidance from the Divine, you will be led to your highest and best destiny. 

As you focus on and act in harmony with your affirmations, you will see your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing evolve around you. This is truly personal empowerment. There is no greater feeling than knowing that you are actively participating in creating and maximizing your potential in all aspects of your life.
