Let me start off by saying that I don't normally write book reviews but I felt that this helpful guide to living a positive and fulfilling life was worthwhile. This memoir by Dan Johnson is a powerful and moving journal of significant changes that have occurred in Dan's life through a process called Conscious Meditation. The process that Dan uses is very personal and he explains it in excellent detail. The value to the reader is that you can use the same steps to accomplish similar results. By using CM, Dan has transformed his thought process positively so that his actions will produce favorable results. To produce a radical change in thinking, it's necessary to set attainable goals. Dan defines his new goals and then develops the steps and actions needed to actualize these goals. To assist in achieving his revised goals, Dan identifies 12 Affirmations/Statements that he has personally developed and firmly believes in to change the way he thinks and produce a wholesome understanding of ourselves and others. From what I read, Dan has a very strong faith in God and this power of faith is evident in his Conscious Meditation Affirmations that guide his life. I'm very impressed with Dan's life journey and recommend this book to help others obtain similar results.
